Job summary

VISION MANPOWER PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex programs from initiation to customer fulfilment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and quality across operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of program management experience in semiconductor-related environments, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management and Planning, preferably in Semiconductor-related industries.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in project environments.
• Ability to perform effectively in multitasking and high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Macros.
• Knowledge of MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand and fulfil their needs and expectations.
• Support day-to-day operations and shipments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments, On Time Delivery targets, and inventory goals.
• Coordinate with functional teams to resolve challenges and ensure timely project completion.
• Review customer demand forecasts and conduct risk assessments to manage and resolve material supply constraints.
• Monitor program and project activities to ensure on-schedule and within-budget completion with effective communication.
• Compile and analyze data to generate management reports providing insights and recommendations on program progress.
• Manage backlog by prioritizing customer needs and identifying new business opportunities.
• Allocate resources efficiently to support seamless operations and successful program execution.
• Undertake additional program or project management tasks as assigned by supervisors.
