Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced civil/structural engineer to lead design from concept through detailed development and provide QP supervisory support on projects in Singapore.

The role requires strong knowledge of local codes, safety design, and collaboration with stakeholders, offering opportunities in project and tender management. Singapore-based position on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering with about 10 years’ experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/Specialized Professional Engineer or completed FEE and preparing for PPE Exam.
• Design for Safety Professional.
• Experience in both construction management and design.
• Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, BIM software, Geotechnical software.

Responsibilities

• Check and design civil and structural works from concept to detailed design and provide QP supervisory works.
• Ensure project complies with local codes and authority requirements.
• Prepare submissions to statutory agencies and authorities.
• Perform analysis or guide engineers to analyse building or civil structures and provide technical advice and solutions with stakeholders.
• Carry out project management, planning, financial management, contract administration, and ensure deadlines are met while staff work together.
• Prepare tender documents and specifications.
• Ensure safety design is adhered to and manage RE and RTO on site.
• Design management and coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and external consultants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the checking and design of civil and structural works from concept to detailed design and provision of QP supervisory works for projects
• Conversant and ensure that project complies to local code and authority requirement
• Preparation of submissions to statutory agencies and authorities
• Able to perform analysis and/or guide engineers to analyse building or civil structures and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders
• Carryout project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and staff work together effectively
• Preparation of tender documents and specifications
• Ensure design for safety is adhered to and manage the works of RE and RTO on site
