Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) is seeking an experienced operations professional to co-develop implementation strategies, execute action plans, and identify gaps in national schemes rollout. You will guide SOPs, accreditation processes, and supervise a team to ensure compliance with the operating framework.

The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting multiple programmes, and providing secretariat support for workgroups.

Formación

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with Healthcare exposure.
• 6+ years of experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Meticulous, independent worker who can manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Guide development and periodic review of SOPs and accreditation processes to strengthen efficiency and governance.
• Lead and guide the team to ensure processes adhere to the operating framework.
• Oversee accreditation and partner onboarding activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support other programmes and priorities with appropriate oversight and escalation.
• Provide secretariat support for workgroups and committees.

AIC is the appointed administrator for national schemes and sector development for private primary care. As a member of the operations planning and implementation team, you will be responsible for co-developing implementation strategies, executing action plans, identifying operational gaps, and providing actionable solutions to ensure that national programmes are administered efficiently, enabling more holistic care and better health outcomes for our population.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive discussions with both internal and external stakeholders to co-develop implementation strategies and operational action plans for the rollout of new initiatives under national schemes such as Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) and Public Health Preparedness Clinic (PHPC).
• Guide the development, implementation, and periodic review of SOPs and national schemes accreditation processes to strengthen administrative efficiency, governance, and operational effectiveness.
• Leading and guiding team to ensure operational processes are adhering to operating framework and guide.
• Oversee the processing of accreditation and partner onboarding activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion by the team.
• Support other programmes and operational priorities as assigned by the supervisor, while ensuring appropriate oversight, tracking, and escalation where required.
• Provide secretariat support for workgroups and committees.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
• 6 or more years of experiences with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• A good understanding of the healthcare landscape would be advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Meticulous and able to work independently.
