Job summary

PeopleSolve is seeking an Assistant Manager (Community Care) in Singapore to help refine integrated care models spanning hospital and community settings. You will contribute to improving patient outcomes by coordinating transitional workflows and collaborating with healthcare partners.

The role requires a degree in a related field and at least 2 years in large organisations with project management or healthcare operations experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in large organisations, particularly in project management or healthcare operations.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About The Role

• Manage and analyse data to support decision-making.
• Operationalise new or developing models of health and care that integrate hospital and community.
• Perform data collection through administering surveys and data collation for department programmes.
• Engage and collaborate with healthcare partners in the community.
• Co-supervise and support the daily scheduling, charging and billing operations of the Community team.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
