Job summary

Summarize / Overview of the objective of the role

A Logistics Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations. This role acts as the primary liaison with service providers and suppliers, ensuring seamless operations, cost efficiency, and best-in-class service levels. You will oversee the delivery team, optimize warehouse performance, maintain strong inventory governance, and drive continuous operational improvements to support business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics & Operations Management
  • Oversee the full logistics and warehouse function, serving as the main interface with service providers and suppliers
  • Lead and manage the delivery team to ensure effective and timely operations
  • Organize and structure the logistics team to adapt to changing business needs
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping laws and customs regulations
Process Excellence & Performance Management
  • Develop, implement, and uphold logistics policies, SOPs, and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost-effective and high-quality operational performance
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure service provider performance and improve process efficiency across all operating entities
  • Monitor operational performance against delivery standards and implement corrective actions where needed
Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Implement robust inventory control methods to support accurate and on-time deliveries
  • Ensure accountability, proper care, and optimal condition of all inventories
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on inventory levels, discrepancies, and operational performance
  • Plan and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure high accuracy of order processing and fulfillment
Compliance & Financial Accuracy
  • Review invoices to ensure alignment with agreed rates, tariffs, and regulatory requirements
  • Optimize logistics processes and asset utilization to support cost control and operational efficiency
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS
  • Master’s/Degree/Diploma in Business, Logistics and/or Supply Chain or related field
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, order processing, and/or customer service
  • Supervisory/Managerial experience needed
  • Experience with maintenance, safety and environmental regulations, quality control, and inventory management
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and other digital logistics platforms
  • Familiarity with advanced warehouse technologies, including automation systems, RFID, barcode solutions, real-time tracking, and smart inventory tools
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams, including hiring, training and performance evaluations
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong track record in leading operational teams and improving logistics productivity
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin required (to liaise with stakeholders partners)

  • Well-versed with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in logistics, inventory, and warehouse-related modules
