Job summary

Markono Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure/Cloud Manager to plan, manage, and improve IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure).

You will be the go-to person for infrastructure issues, ensuring smooth connectivity between on-prem and cloud services while providing after-hours standby support. The role requires 8+ years in Infra/Cloud administration, a degree in IT/CS, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Must be reliable and responsive for occasional after-hours and weekend support.

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure/Cloud Manager to plan, manage, support, and improve our IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments including Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure.

You will be the go-to person for Infrastructure/Cloud-related issues, responsible for maintaining switches, managing firewalls, and ensuring smooth connectivity between our on-prem systems and cloud services. This role also requires standby support after hours and the flexibility to come back to the office during weekends for urgent issues or planned maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Infra Operations & Support

• Manage daily network operations including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of switches, AP/Wifi
• Monitor LAN/WAN performance and ensure stable network connectivity across offices and data centers
• Administer and maintain firewalls, firewall rules and perform firmware updates
• Configure and maintain VPN tunnels (site-to-site and remote access)
• Troubleshoot and respond to any network or security incidents promptly
• Work closely with vendors and ISPs to resolve connectivity issues

Cloud & Systems Support

• Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) user setup and connectivity
• Handle integration between on-prem AD and Azure AD
• Support network configuration for Azure and AWS environments including virtual networks, subnets, and routing
• Implement hybrid connectivity between on-prem and cloud via VPN or ExpressRoute/Direct Connect
• Administer AWS and Azure cloud

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS network and identity management
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), and VPN technologies
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Familiar with backup and configuration management for network devices

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator

Other Requirements
