Job summary

Markono Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. You will coordinate with departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and maintain accuracy and efficiency across all activities.

The role requires at least 3 years in warehousing with a supervisory track record, strong leadership, and proficient communication. A safe, well-organized workspace and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O' level with 3+ years warehousing experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities.
• Implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of warehouse activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Carry out tasks assigned by immediate manager or management.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
