Job summary

Markono Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Team Leader, Supply Chain Management to supervise daily warehouse operations, plan manpower for busy periods, and coordinate with internal departments, 3PLs, transporters and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.

You will manage transport planning, inventory movements in WMS/ERP, lead stock counts and audits, and track KPIs to drive corrective actions while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent; 3 years warehousing ops experience with at least 1 year in a section lead role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and transport coordination.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and inventory transactions.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
• Plan and allocate manpower for daily ops and peak periods, including overtime.
• Coordinate with internal departments, 3PLs, transporters and freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
• Manage transport planning: load planning, route optimization and cost control.
• Oversee inventory movements in WMS/ERP and ensure accurate transactions.
• Lead stock counts, cycle counts and audits; investigate variances.
• Track warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, picking productivity) and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with QA to ensure pre-shipment inspections and product quality requirements are met.

Job Title: Team Leader, Supply Chain Management

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, loading and unloading.
• Plan and allocate manpower for daily operations and peak periods, including overtime arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, third-party logistics providers, transporters and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage transport planning, including load planning, route optimization and cost control.
• Oversee inventory movements in WMS/ERP systems and ensure accurate inbound, outbound and transfer transactions.
• Lead stock counts, cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate stock variances and prevent inventory shrinkage.
• Track warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, OTIF, picking productivity and stock variance, and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with QA to ensure pre-shipment inspections and product quality requirements are met before dispatch.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse safety, cleanliness, 5S and operational efficiency.
• Train and coach warehouse staff while promoting accountability, teamwork and safety.
• Provide hands-on support for essential warehouse activities when required, including picking, shrink-wrapping and inventory checking.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, FSC CoC Management System, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System and other applicable requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, or at least minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing operations, with at least 1 year in a section leader role
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and transport coordination.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and inventory transactions.
• Good manpower planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse safety, 5S and workplace practices.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
