Job summary

Markono Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure/Cloud Manager to plan, manage, and improve IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure).

You will be the go-to person for infrastructure issues, ensuring smooth connectivity between on-prem and cloud services while providing after-hours standby support. The role requires 8+ years in Infra/Cloud administration, a degree in IT/CS, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Infra/Cloud administration and support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Must be reliable and responsive for occasional after-hours and weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and improve IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Maintain switches, firewalls, VPNs, and ensure smooth connectivity between on-prem and cloud services.
• Provide after-hours standby support and occasional weekend maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors/ISPs to resolve connectivity issues.
