Job summary

visi intergroup pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Operations Lead to ensure smooth daily operations, achieve sales targets, and uphold HDC standards. You will monitor costs, manage stock, and drive profitability while leading and coaching the team.

Experience in F&B is preferred, with ability to work shifts including weekends; growth opportunities and AWS are offered as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in F&B.
• Able to perform shift work and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to meet sales targets and maintain standards.
• Monitor costs and inventory to stay within budget.
• Provide training and coaching to staff and assess performance.
• Manage stock receiving for F&B, packaging, and other supplies.
• Maintain station coverage and restaurant upkeep.

Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant and efficiently to achieve sales target and enforce on HDC standards

Solicit customer feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers

Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within budget

Achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlet

Conduct stock count and receiving for food & beverage, packaging and all other stocks

Provide training and coaching to staff assess performance

Involved in the various station works and the maintenance of the restaurant.
