Job summary

Fei Siong FastFood Pte. Ltd. is seeking a F&B Management Trainee to support kitchen operations and guest services in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a bachelor degree or equivalent and the ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts. Training will be provided to develop skills in food preparation, quality control, and customer service. The trainee will assist cooks and managers, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and help manage cash at the POS while mentoring

Responsibilities

• Assist cook, fry, and prepare menu items according to recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent product standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness around workstation and comply with health/sanitation regulations.
• Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and productive shift.
• Assist the Manager in handling guest queries and feedback.
• Responsible for cash management at the POS.
• Train, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of service crews to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.

Job Scope:

• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and productive shift
• Assist the Manager in handling guests queries and feedbacks
• Responsible for cash management of the POS
• Train, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of service crews in delivery of excellent guest experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
