Job summary

Mos Food, Singapore, seeks a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and drive sales while maintaining high service standards. You will monitor costs, manage stock, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating station activities, and supporting maintenance. Entry-level applicants are welcomed, with the role requiring shift work and weekend availability. Singaporean applicants only.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification is required.
• Entry level/no experience candidates are welcome to apply.
• Able to perform shift work and work on weekends.

• Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within budget.
• Achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlet.
• Conduct stock count and receiving for food & beverage, packaging and all other stocks.
• Provide training and coaching to staff assess performance.
• Involved in the various station works and the maintenance of the restaurant.
