Job summary

National University of Singapore's Institute for Design and Engineering Leadership seeks a Manager/Assistant Senior Manager to lead IDEL's CET and executive programmes, overseeing delivery, quality, and growth. You will partner with CDE faculties and other NUS units to scale continuing education across Singapore and the region.

Qualifications

• At least 10–15 years of experience in programme management, administration, or business development.
• Experience in executive education or CET is advantageous.
• Strong financial planning and budget management skills.
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery and growth of IDEL’s CET and executive programmes across CDE and other faculties.
• Hold full accountability for day-to-day operations and administrative processes.
• Own end-to-end delivery of CET and executive programmes, including faculty coordination and participant administration.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for programmes and operations.
• Drive business development and partnerships with industry, government, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee recruitment and enrolment for IDEL CET and short courses, plus marketing and branding efforts.
• Enhance IDEL’s positioning as a leading executive education provider in Singapore and Asia.
