Job summary

Stag Match Institute (SMI) seeks an Independent, resourceful, dynamic and collaborative Assistant Course/Program Director to lead a portfolio of CET/IHL programs in Singapore. You will provide strategic leadership, curriculum development, and student success initiatives while driving enrollment through partnerships with SkillsFuture Singapore and CET providers.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant field and strong understanding of CET/IHL landscape.
Experience in academic administration or program management within higher education, with CET exposure.
Proven track record in developing curriculum aligned with industry needs and CET frameworks.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and academic leadership for a portfolio of courses and programs within CET and IHL contexts.
Support curriculum design, development, review, and continuous improvement with modular and stackable offerings.
Drive business development, sales, and partnerships to grow enrollment across CET and IHL initiatives.
Mentor course coordinators and faculty to promote CET methodologies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and CET benchmarks.
Guide learners’ career pathways and implement strategies to improve retention and success.
