Job summary

Adecco, partnering with a technology company in Singapore, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as the Head of HR's deputy and drive workforce strategy in a high-performance tech environment.

The role requires 8+ years of HR experience, strong partnership skills, and familiarity with Singapore employment law, with certification as an advantage. You will lead talent lifecycle, reporting, and strategic HR initiatives in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR/HC experience, ideally with business-partnering responsibilities.
• Background in technology, engineering, infrastructure or telco sector is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment law; IHRP/SHRM/CIPD certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Head of HR's deputy, supporting the execution of people strategy and priorities.
• Advise business leaders on organisation structure and workforce planning, headcount decisions.
• Own the full talent lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and confirmation for specialist roles.
• Support audit readiness, ensuring HR practices comply with industry standards.
• Build workforce analytics and reporting for leadership risk/readiness.

• This is a pivotal role, serving as the right-hand person to the Head of HR and driving execution on workforce strategy within a high-performance, technical environment.

Main duties & and responsibilities

• Serve as the Head of HR's key deputy, supporting the execution of people strategy and priorities across the organisation.
• Advise business leaders on organisation structure, workforce planning and critical headcount decisions (engineering, cybersecurity, automation, sustainability).
• Own the full talent lifecycle, from sourcing and selection through onboarding and confirmation for specialist and critical roles.
• Support internal and external audit readiness, ensuring HR practices comply with relevant industry standards.
• Build workforce analytics and reporting that give leadership a clear read on risk and readiness.

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Over 8 years of progressive HR/HC experience, ideally with business-partnering or similar responsibilities.
• Background in technology, engineering, infrastructure or telco sector is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment law; with IHRP, SHRM or CIPD certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Human Capital systems, workforce analytics and Microsoft Office applications.
• A collaborative, discreet operator who's comfortable moving fast and adapting on the go.
