Job summary

Ardentec Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced engineer to oversee overall machine performance and contribute to OEE. You will lead and mentor the engineering team to handle daily line issues and guide corrective actions.

The role emphasizes driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs, while collaborating across departments to solve problems and meet KPI targets. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in equipment assembly, testing and engineering work is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• In charge of overall machine performance, contributing to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Manage Engineering Team on daily line issues handling and provide guidance on actions.
• Lead, coach and mentor engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and at least 5years’ experience in a similar role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels ofthe organization
• Strong ‘problem solver’, can analyse data efficiently, interpretresults and is capable to report on the conclusions.
