DenseLight Semiconductors Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer to drive maintenance and upgrade initiatives across fabrication equipment. You will monitor KPIs, lead root cause analysis, and coach technicians to improve reliability and productivity.

You will develop preventive maintenance procedures, document processes, support ISO audits, and work with engineers to define next‑generation equipment specifications while handing off tested machinery to production.

Competenze

• At least 3-5 years' experience in facilities & maintenance, repair or servicing of equipment.
• Experienced equipment engineer or field service engineer who is effective in a matrix organization.
• Must have proven skills in problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis.

• Drive continuous improvement of equipment KPIs such as availability, MTTR and MTBF.
• Evaluate skill levels of Engineers, technicians, develop training materials, coach and train team members for improving team and equipment performance.
• Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of company equipment.

• Develop cost-reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality and productivity.
• Provide job assistance and conduct job trainings for employees as needed.
• Act as primary contact for equipment performance related questions and concerns.

Requirements

At least 3-5 years' experience in facilities & maintenance, repair or servicing of equipment (Candidates with longer work experience can be considered for a higher position)

Experienced equipment engineer or field service engineering professional who is highly effective working in a team-oriented matrix organization.

Must have proven skills effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis.
