Job summary

Ardentec Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Engineering Leader responsible for overall machine performance and OEE. You will manage daily line issues, coach engineers, and drive continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing efficiency and cost reduction.

The role requires strong leadership, people management, and excellent communication across all levels of the organization, with a focus on data-driven decision making and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in equipment assembly/test and engineering work preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting on conclusions.
• Familiar with 8D problem-solving methodology.
• Project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• In charge of overall machine performance and contribute to OEE.

• In charge of overall machine performance, contributing to OverallEquipment Efficiency (OEE)
• Manage Engineering Team on daily line issues handling and provide guidance on actions
• Lead, Coach and mentor engineers
• Involve in continuous improvement initiatives to drive manufacturing efficiency and cost reduction
• Support team in cross department problem solving
• Experience sharing / lesson learnt fan out to all engineers
• Drive towards meeting department KPI
• New Project / Continuous Improvement Project Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least 5years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in equipment assembly / test and engineering work is highly preferred
• Team working skills, flexibility, well- organized
• Good in Leadership and People Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
• Strong 'problem solver', can analyse data efficiently, interpret results and is capable to report on the conclusions.
