Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a PE in Singapore and has 10+ years of experience in both construction management and design, with proficiency in ETAP, Dialux, and related engineering software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore or Specialized Professional Engineer.
• Completed FEE and preparing for the Practice of Professional Engineering Exam.
• Design for Safety Professional.
• More than 10 years of experience in construction management and design.
• Experience with electrical building systems design and project coordination.
• Proficient in engineering analysis and design software (ETAP, Dialux, Electrical OM).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, planning and electrical building systems design.
• Meet clients and service providers on scope; conduct field surveys.
• Handle project evaluation, budgets, documentation, specs, coordination.
• Analyze and select systems; evaluate budgets.
• Prepare design documents and technical specifications.
• Submit e-Submission to authorities for utilities and regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate with other teams and mentor junior staff.

Our client is a leader in the construction industry that provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. They specialised in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects and currently looking for Manager, Electrical Engineering to join their team.

Manager, Electrical Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for projects management, planning and the design of electrical building systems
• Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
• Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
• Analyze & selection of systems and evaluate project budgets
• Complete design documents & technical specifications
• Responsible for making e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions
• Work Coordination with other teams as well as mentor junior staff

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
