Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned electrical engineer to lead projects from planning to design of electrical building systems.

You will meet clients and service providers to define scope and perform field surveys, while coordinating budgets, documentation and technical specs. The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering with about 10 years of experience, and PE/SPEng registration or PPE progress, plus design-for-safety expertise and experience in both construction

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Approximately 10 years of experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore or Specialized Professional Engineer.
• Design for Safety professional accreditation preferred.
• Experience in both construction management and design.
• Familiarity with regulatory submissions and field surveys.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

·Responsible for projects management, planning and the design of electrical building systems

·Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys

·Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination

·Analyze& selection of systems and evaluate project budgets

·Complete design documents & technical specifications

·Responsible for making e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions

Requirements:

·Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with about 10 years’ experience

·Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/ Specialized Professional Engineer or completed FEE and preparing for PPE Exam

·Design for Safety Professional

·Experience in both construction management and design

·Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, Electrical OM, ETAP, Dialux
