Job summary

You will meet clients, coordinate with service providers, conduct field surveys, and lead junior engineers. A PE Board-accredited degree and 3–8 years of experience are required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level Electrical Engineering degree accredited by the Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical building systems design and project planning.
• Meet clients and service providers to align scope and run field surveys.
• Handle budgets, documentation, and technical specifications.
• Conduct system analyses and evaluate budgets.
• Prepare design documents and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with other teams and coach junior staff.
• Prepare e-submissions to authorities for utilities and regulatory submissions.

Our client is a leader in the construction industry that provides design and build services with an in‑house multidisciplinary consultancy. They specialised in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects and currently looking for Electrical Engineer to join their team.

Electrical Engineer

Purpose and Scope:

The Electrical Engineer plays a pivotal role in managing the Electrical aspects of the projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for projects management, planning and the design of electrical building systems
• Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
• Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
• Conduct analysis and selection of systems, evaluate project budgets
• Complete design documents & technical specifications
• Work Coordination with other teams as well as coaching and lead junior staff
• Responsible for making e‑submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore
• 3 - 8 years of experience in the industry
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Singaporean only
