What the role is
Manage course portfolio by engaging trainers & partners, studying industry trends, and implementing guidelines to maintain professional standards for trainers and operators. Promote, grow and sustain courses by curating new courses and repackaging existing ones for CCs/RCs/RNs/NCs. Build relationships with PA trainers and operators, ensure policy compliance through monitoring and audit checks, and recruit diverse courses for different demographics. Collaborate with community and corporate organisations to expand outreach, support national initiatives targeting hard-to-reach segments, promote courses through social media, and participate in transformation projects to improve operational processes and increase course participation rates.

Key duties and responsibilities that need to be performed to meet the primary objective of the job. This will include the important result areas (what) along with the rationale (why).
The Manager directly reports to the Senior Manager. He/ She will also assist and support in the day-to-day course development work and various projects by providing functional and operational support to facilitate smooth delivery.
Course Development & Curation
- Manage the allocated portfolio & actively reach out to new partners, engage new/existing partners/networks, study industry and market trends/practices and practices to recommend new course guidelines and implement the course guidelines and practices to achieve professional and high quality standards in the management of Trainers/Private Operators.
- Course curation with Trainers/Private Operators and partners to develop new courses & repackage existing courses at the CCs/RCs/RNs/NCs, and assist the team to develop, promote and implement national level initiatives and programmes to reach out to the hard-to-reach target segments.
- Identify relevant community and corporate organisations and collaborate with them as partners to expand and support outreach to residents through courses.
- Engageandmaintainrelationshipswith industry partners andvolunteer members ofadvisory panel ofallocatedportfolio touphold and enhance thequality standards of courses andcompetency ofTrainers/Private Operators.
- Participate in transformation projects to improve operational processes and increase course participation rates.

- Support division's efforts ininitiativestoreview and enhance existing processes and policies, streamline workflows, and implement best practices that align withorganisationalobjectives.
- Support inter-agency/division projects that enhance community programming and resident engagement. This includes participating in cross-functional project teams, sharing resources and expertise, coordinating programme delivery with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with broader organisational and government objectives.
Partnership & Engagement
- Develop,cultivateandmaintainrelationships with key partners,stakeholdersand industry leaders. Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and expand theorganisation'snetworkfor community engagement. Invite valued partners and key opinion leaders to organizational events and community seminars.
- Engage with opinion leaders and industry experts tofacilitatetimelyfeedback gatheringoncurrent trends and topics.
- Activelyseekand onboard new partners to expand theorganisation'snetwork andcapabilities.
- Build and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to understand their capabilities, interests and challenges. Foster collaboration and alignment to ensure stakeholder buy-in for course initiatives.
- Engagekey opinion leaders, leverage on social mediaandotherpublicity channelsto promote the courses to residents
- Support in variousinter-agency/divisionprojects and high point events to promote andshowcasecourses and interest groups
