Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a Programme Coordinator for the Student Life Academy and Alumni Relations (SLAR) to help deliver development and engagement initiatives for students and alumni. You will manage student clubs, mentor leaders, plan development programmes, support alumni events, collaborate with stakeholders, and analyse data to improve outcomes.

Support the Student Life Academy and Alumni Relations (SLAR) team in delivering student development and alumni engagement initiatives that foster leadership, life skills, community involvement, and lifelong connections with the institution. This role involves managing student clubs and leaders, coordinating programmes and events, supporting stakeholder engagement, and contributing to data-driven improvements in programme effectiveness. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Manage and support assigned student clubs and Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs), ensuring effective operations and compliance with institutional policies and governance requirements. Mentor and guide student leaders in planning and implementing activities, projects, events, and leadership initiatives. Plan, coordinate, and execute student development programmes, workshops, leadership training, and engagement activities. Support alumni engagement initiatives, including networking events, outreach programmes, and volunteer opportunities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including students, alumni, industry partners, vendors, and community organisations to deliver meaningful programmes. Manage event logistics, communications, registrations, procurement processes, and administrative requirements to ensure smooth programme execution. Collect, maintain, and analyse programme data, and assist in preparing reports and dashboards to evaluate outcomes and engagement levels. Support departmental projects and initiatives while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Relevant experience in events, programme coordination, or stakeholder engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students, stakeholders, and partners effectively. Demonstrated interest in mentoring, youth leadership development, or student engagement activities. Good organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with Power BI or data visualisation tools will be an advantage. Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Passion for student development, leadership cultivation, community engagement, and alumni relations.
