Job summary

Synapxe seeks a skilled professional to lead and translate healthcare policies into technology-enabled operational solutions. You will drive strategic initiatives and coordinate with MOH, healthcare institutions, and tech teams to advance programme objectives.

The role requires strong facilitation, requirements gathering, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while delivering high-quality outcomes. Prior experience in healthcare transformation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong strategic thinking, with ability to translate policies and business objectives into operational/tech solutions.
• Analytical/problem-solving capabilities to assess issues, identify root causes, and develop recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills across MOH, healthcare institutions and technology teams.
• Experience in managing and reporting on programme activities, including risk, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Strong requirements gathering and facilitation skills through workshops, engagements, interviews, observations, and process reviews.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities while ensuring quality and timelines.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience in healthcare transformation, process redesign, patient journey mapping, or service improvements is advantageous.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, interoperability, and cross-functional programme delivery preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand, interpret, and translate healthcare policies and business objectives into effective operational and technology-enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess complex issues, identify root causes, and develop practical recommendations to support programme objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain effective working relationships across MOH, healthcare institutions and technology teams.
• Proven experience in managing, and reporting on programme or project activities, including the ability to identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities that may impact programme outcomes.
• Strong requirements gathering and facilitation skills, with experience eliciting business and operational needs through workshops, stakeholder engagements, interviews, observations, and process reviews.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities concurrently, while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting project timelines.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare transformation, process redesign, patient journey mapping, or service improvement initiatives will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, interoperability, and cross-functional programme delivery is preferred.
