Job summary

Eastern General Hospital is seeking a dynamic Manager (Accreditation and Licensing) to lead the Accreditation and Licensing department, develop and implement management systems to meet accreditation standards, and ensure regulatory compliance across HCSA, ISO and local standards.

You will oversee document control, internal audits, training programmes, and supporting IT systems like e-Audit, while coordinating with internal teams and external auditors to maintain licensing readiness amid evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years relevant experience in healthcare.
• Experience in accreditation and licensing within healthcare settings.
• Auditor certifications would be advantageous.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Resilience under pressure and good planning/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational management direction for Accreditation and Licensing.
• Develop and implement hospital management systems to meet accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Lead controls to ensure compliance with HCSA, ISO and local standards.
• Conduct training programmes and oversee supporting IT systems (e.g. e-Audit).
• Coordinate tabletop exercises and liaise with internal departments, external agencies and auditors.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on readiness and compliance.
