Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, Retail Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR or retail management.
• Experience in retail, supermarket, or minimart operations is an advantage.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records.
• Process work pass applications (WP, S Pass, EP) and ensure MOM compliance.
• Develop HR policies and staff guidelines to promote consistent employee management.
• Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate training and staff development programs.
• Oversee daily minimart operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and manage store staff scheduling and manpower allocation.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
• Monitor sales performance and product displays to drive revenue growth.
• Support inventory control and stock management to reduce shrinkage.
• Collaborate with shop supervisors to identify improvements in sales and efficiency.

• Oversee daily minimart shop operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction
