Job description

Overview: Cleaning Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high service standards, managing cleaning teams, and providing strong leadership to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Supervision Lead, motivate, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Allocate manpower and assign duties according to operational requirements.

Conduct team briefings, provide guidance, and ensure staff understand work expectations. Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and company policies. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or corrective feedback when required.

2. Cleaning Operations Management Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to company standards and client requirements. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals are properly used and maintained. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of cleaning supplies.

3. Customer Service & Communication Maintain good working relationships with clients and address operational feedback professionally. Handle complaints promptly and report issues to management.

Provide updates on site conditions, staff performance, and operational matters.

4. Leadership & Problem Solving Take ownership of site operations and resolve daily challenges effectively.

Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and a positive attitude. Lead by example and promote teamwork, accountability, and a strong work culture. Support management in implementing new procedures and improvement plans.

5. Safety & Compliance Ensure staff comply with workplace safety requirements and company SOPs. Conduct safety briefings and report any incidents or hazards immediately.

Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Requirements: Minimum experience in cleaning operations or facility management.
