CALM BEAUTY L PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations and people manager to oversee a beauty centre. You will supervise beauticians, therapists, and receptionists, ensuring top-tier client service and a smooth daily workflow.

You will implement marketing initiatives, manage inventory, and drive sales performance while maintaining hygiene, safety, and equipment standards. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within beauty, spa, or wellness centres.
• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in salon or spa management software is a plus.
• Sales-driven with a focus on achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
