Job summary

RUMEL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking individuals to learn and support guest service, back-of-house routines, and outlet operations.

You will observe and assist with floor activities, coordinate with kitchen staff, monitor presentation and quality, and help ensure regulatory standards are met. • Learn to deliver excellent guest experiences and handle customer inquiries and feedback.
• Observe and assist in ensuring smooth floor operations during service hours.
• Support coordination between service and kitchen teams to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards under supervision.
• Assist in inventory management, stock monitoring, and basic ordering processes.
• Support hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices according to company standards.
• Learn to assist with daily sales settlement, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting.
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and team meetings.
• Shadow outlet managers to understand operational workflows, manpower planning, and outlet performance monitoring.
• Gain exposure to financial and operational aspects of outlet management.
• Learn to maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SFA, SCDF).
• Support regular inspections, audits, and follow-up actions.
