Job summary

Heng Got Manpower Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Shop Manager in Singapore to drive sales, lead a team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will train staff, maintain product knowledge, and optimize stock levels while coaching team members for peak performance. The role requires strong sales results, excellent people management, and hands-on experience in shop operations. Weekend and public holiday work may be required, with a focus on building a high-performing team in a retail

Qualifications

• Proven sales results and a track record of driving shop performance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with coaching abilities.
• Experience in daily shop operations and stock control.
