Job summary

OCD HANDS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Shop Supervisor to drive sales and ensure smooth daily operations. You will train staff, build teamwork, and apply strong product knowledge to optimize in-store stock and customer service.

You will lead a small team, coach colleagues, and respond to daily tasks from leadership, ensuring the shop meets its objectives while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.

• Able to work during weekends and public holidays
• Proven sales results, superior people management skills and shop operations experience
• Strong in coaching and counselling of team
• A team builder and developer
• Constantly explore and groom individual potential to acquire the skills and knowledge needed in the job
