Job summary

GS Cleaning Pte Ltd seeks a capable Daily Operations supervisor to oversee dishwashing operations, monitor supplies, and supervise stewards. The role ensures adherence to quality guidelines and maintains cleaning equipment and consumables for uninterrupted service.

Responsibilities include planning workflow on production lines to meet delivery targets and addressing customer feedback with corrective actions. Teamwork and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor usage of cleaning supplies and the right chemical for dishwashing machines.
• Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
• Maintain site cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment to ensure availability and serviceability.
• Ensure cleaning processes and staff comply with quality guidelines and standards.
• Investigate feedback from customers and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Plan and coordinate workflow on production lines to meet targets and quality standards.

Daily Operations

• Ensure close monitoring of the usage of cleaning supplies and the right chemical for the respective dishwashing machines.
• Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
• To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
• Ensure cleaning processes, workplace environment and that of our staffs comply and meet quality guidelines and standards
• Conduct any necessary investigations and respond to the corresponding corrective measures to prevent a reoccurrence upon feedback from the customer.
• Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards
