Job summary

GS Cleaning Services PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Daily Operations Supervisor to oversee kitchen and dishwashing workflow, ensuring proper use of supplies and correct chemical handling.

You will supervise stewards, train staff, and ensure equipment and consumables are available and serviceable while maintaining quality standards and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor usage of cleaning supplies and correct chemical for dishwashing machines.
• Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
• Maintain site cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment to ensure availability and serviceability.
• Ensure cleaning processes and workplace environment meet quality guidelines and standards.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Plan and coordinate production-line workflow to meet targets and quality standards.

Job description

Daily Operations
• Ensure close monitoring of the usage of cleaning supplies and the right chemical for the respective dishwashing machines.
• Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
• To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
• Ensure cleaning processes, workplace environment and that of our staffs comply and meet quality guidelines and standards
• Conduct any necessary investigations and respond to the corresponding corrective measures to prevent a reoccurrence upon feedback from the customer.
• Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards
