Job summary

RELIANCE MANPOWER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor to manage general cleaning, dishwashing, and plate collection workflows, ensuring smooth logistics and team supervision.

You will foster strong client relationships, attend meetings, review work orders, and train staff on equipment and cleaning chemicals. A flexible schedule supporting weekends and night shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning operations and supervisory roles.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends and night shifts.
• Ability to train staff on machinery and cleaners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee general cleaning, dishwashing, and plate collection processes.
• Develop positive client relationships and attend meetings with clients.
• Review work orders and ensure tasks are completed.
• Conduct on-the-job training to ensure operations protocols are followed.
• Recommend improvements to service quality and operations.
• Report to the Operations Director.
• Handle additional admin/ops duties as needed.
• Enable staff training on machinery and cleaning chemicals.
• Be available for long hours, weekends, holidays, and night shifts when required.

Job description

• Plan, coordinate, execute and manages the general cleaning, dishwashing and plate collecting process, monitoring cleaning logistics and supervising other plate collectors/dishwashers
• Develop and manage positive relationships with client
• Attending meetings with Clients and gathering feedback from stakeholders
• Review work orders and ensure work assignments are done
• Conduct regular On-Job-Training to ensure employees are clear of operations protocol.
• Review and Make Suggestions to enhance service excellence and other operations matters
• Report to the Operations Director
• Any other administration/operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.
• Ableto train staff to operate machinery with a good knowlege of cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to work long hours, on weekends, public holidays and able to work night shift when required.
