Job summary

Have Fun Collective is seeking a supervisory role in the entertainment/hospitality sector. The candidate will manage daily outlet operations, ensure a primo customer experience, handle reservations, and oversee order handling and POS input. Technical basic support and maintaining a safe environment are part of the role.

Strong leadership, customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience in entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication with customers, staff and management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
• Greet and direct guests to designated room.
• Record orders, serve food and beverages.
• Input orders into point-of-sales system.
• Provide basic technical support (mic checks, karaoke system checks).

• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.

• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
