Job summary

IPPUDO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent kitchen team member to assist in daily food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support stock and inventory management.

You will handle vegetables, meats and ingredients, assist in cooking tasks, and ensure high hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Preparation of customers’ orders.
• Washing and cutting of vegetables, fruits and meat.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of customers’ orders.
• Washing and cutting of vegetables, fruitsand meat.
• Steaming, boiling, frying, deep-frying(etc.) of food ingredients.
• Wiping of countertops and surfaces.
• Garnishing of dishes.
• Rotate and date stock to ensure properquality is maintained.
• Ordering food ingredients from suppliers.
• Maintaining inventory list, and stockmanagement.
• Training and coaching of staff.
• Prepare maintenance report, food loss report.
• Follow up on SOP.
• Planning of weekly schedule.
• Washing of kitchen equipment.
• Cleaning and scrubbing of floor, exhaust,wall, refrigerator, drain, etc.
• Cooking of staff meal.
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness andmaintain good personal hygiene to adhere to company’s image.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior/ manager.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable.
• Problem solver and has passion to think out of the box to achieve desires outcome.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
