Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in F&B services or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and reliable.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of customers’ orders.
• Washing and cutting of vegetables, fruits and meat.
• Steaming, boiling, frying, deep-frying of food ingredients.
• Wiping of countertops and surfaces.
• Garnishing of dishes.
• Rotate and date stock to ensure quality.
• Ordering food ingredients from suppliers.
• Maintaining inventory list and stock management.
• Training and coaching of staff.
• Follow SOPs and prepare maintenance reports.
