Job summary

NIWA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced restaurant leader in Singapore to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional guest service. You will oversee store operations, maintain visual standards, manage manpower, and plan promotional activities to grow the brand.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication, and a proven track record in customer service and team development. You will collaborate cross-functionally to meet bottom-line targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in the F&B industry with leadership capabilities.
• Bilingual capability is required.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Strong people management and cross-functional engagement would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 Year(s) of experience within the F&B industry, with at least 3 years of experience of leadership

• Strong people management skills, with the ability to engage all functions.
• Team Player with strong leadership qualities.
