Job summary

THYE MOH CHAN PTE. LTD. invites you to join its Management Trainee Programme designed to fast track you to a Branch Manager role at our outlets.

You will be trained across front-of-house and back-of-house operations, with a strong focus on customer relations, quality assurance and leadership development. Candidates with a Diploma and above are welcome, including entry-level applicants. The program requires flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays as you progress toward higher

• Demonstrates a good CCA track record with excellent leadership skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (6 days work week).

Job Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full F&B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relations, people management, product quality assurance, cost control, and budget planning.

Our Management Trainee Programme will train you to become a professional in F&B operations and once you mastered the skillset, you will be given management responsibility and further training to prepare you for higher management level.
