HAVE FUN SELETAR PTE. LTD. is seeking a supervisor/manager to oversee daily outlet operations in a vibrant hospitality setting in Singapore.

The role emphasizes delivering a positive customer experience, supervising staff, and coordinating reservations and service flow. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience in entertainment or hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet in order to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
• Greet and direct guest to designated room.
• Record orders, serve food and beverages.
• Input orders into point-of-sales system.
• Provide basic technical support (mic checks, karaoke system checks).
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
