Job summary

HAVE FUN DTE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced outlet supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure an efficient, guest-focused service.

You will greet guests, record orders, and coordinate food and beverage service while maintaining a safe and clean environment. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with customers and staff, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet in order to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
• Greet and direct guest to designated room.
• Record orders, serve food and beverages.
• Input orders into point-of-sales system.
• Provide basic technical support (mic checks, karaoke system checks).
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
