Job summary

HAVE FUN BUGIS PLUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of an outlet, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience.

You will handle reservations via phone, greet guests, record orders, input into POS, and supervise staff to deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet to ensure efficient operations.
