Job summary

Sino Culinary Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day Outlet operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth, efficient and consistent service.

You will lead outlet managers, supervise manpower planning, and drive performance improvements in a fast-paced F&B environment. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with SOP compliance, inventory control, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of operations management experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of outlet operations and manpower management.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple outlets.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin.
• Experience in multi-outlet operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and standards.
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and staff.
• Monitor sales, productivity, service quality, and overall performance.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and costs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare regular operational reports and recommendations.
• Support new outlet openings and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
• Monitor outlet sales, productivity, service quality, and overall performance.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections and follow up on improvement areas.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Support the opening of new outlets and implementation of new operational initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• Candidates with experience in multi-outlet F&B operations will have an added advantage.
