Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as aManagement Associate. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across key business functions and develop the skills required for a successful career in hospitality management.

Key responsibilities:

• -Rotate through various departments, including Operations, Hotel Technology, and Sales & Marketing, to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• -Shadow and work alongside experienced managers and team members to gain practical, hands-on experience.
• -Participate in and contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing guest experiences and operational excellence.
• -Work closely with assigned mentors to develop leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision making skills.
• -Gain a strong foundation in hotel operations, business management, and customer service to prepare for future leadership opportunities.
