Job summary

Heritage Collection in Singapore is seeking a motivated Management Associate to gain hands-on exposure across hotel operations. You will rotate through Operations, Hotel Technology, and Sales & Marketing to build a holistic understanding of the business.

Under mentorship, you’ll shadow senior managers, contribute to projects that enhance guest experiences, and develop leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills for future leadership roles. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Management Associate. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across key business functions and develop the skills required for a successful career in hospitality management.

Key responsibilities:

• Rotate through various departments, including Operations, Hotel Technology, and Sales & Marketing, to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Shadow and work alongside experienced managers and team members to gain practical, hands-on experience.
• Participate in and contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Work closely with assigned mentors to develop leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision making skills.
• Gain a strong foundation in hotel operations, business management, and customer service to prepare for future leadership opportunities.
