Job summary

This role requires coordinating design, QS, procurement and subs, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and quality on site. Fluent English is essential; travel across Singapore and Southeast Asia may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in construction management, architecture, interior design, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in interior fit-out, mall or retail projects.
• Strong knowledge of local mall regulations and permit systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and basic AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Malay helpful for regional vendors.
• Willing to travel across Singapore and SEA for site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for client representatives, mall management, consultants, and internal teams.
• Lead site surveys, permit applications, and method statement preparation.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules with mall-restricted work hours.
• Coordinate with design, QS, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Supervise site progress, safety and quality control.
• Manage budget, variations, and project claims.
• Conduct RI & POI inspections and lead project handover.
