Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in renovation, interior design, construction, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and construction methods.
• Good project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read and understand design drawings and technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage renovation and interior design projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site visits and oversee on-site renovation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, materials, and variations.
• Identify potential site issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate deliveries, trades, and site activities to minimise delays.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues clearly to clients.
• Ensure proper documentation, site records, and project handover requirements are maintained.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism across all projects.
