Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial sense and deep knowledge of interior fit-out works across commercial, hospitality, residential or mixed-use developments. You will manage teams, coordinate with clients, consultants and suppliers, and drive project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in construction/project management or related field.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with contractual, financial and program objectives.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, master programs, procurement schedules and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, scope and quality benchmarks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams including site managers and engineers.
• Act as primary contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Chair control meetings and ensure coordination workshops are conducted.
• Drive a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
