Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with regional building regulations and property guidelines (HDB, BCA) in Singapore.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to handle site constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, delivery schedules and scope of work for renovations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and workmanship.
• Coordinate subcontractors to avoid downtime across trades.
• Serve as main client liaison, provide updates, manage expectations and variations.
• Monitor expenses, source materials cost-effectively, verify milestone payments.
• Secure licenses and permits; ensure compliance with local codes.
