Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited seeks an Assistant Manager / Executive, Operations in Singapore for a 2-year contract. You will support the Operations Manager to ensure smooth mall operations, coordinate programs, and oversee maintenance and vendor services.

The role includes budget preparation, contract administration, and support for promotional activities. You will contribute to asset enhancement projects, liaise with procurement, and participate in EHS responsibilities including safety permits

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering or related field; real estate/facilities background preferred.
• Graduates with relevant degree but no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong initiative, leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager in managing operations and maintenance of the retail mall.
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to keep the mall optimal.
• Prepare annual budget, manage maintenance contracts and supervise expenses.
• Assist in Asset Enhancement Initiatives and tenant renovation support.
• Liaise with Procurement, manage procurement of equipment and replacements.
• Lead technicians and manage vendor services to meet standards.
• Participate in Emergency Response, EHS reviews, PTWs, risk assessment and safety audits.
